Max output for the first USB-C port is 65W. When the second USB-C port is in use, the output for the first port will be lowered to 45W instead of 65W.

I cannot achieve fast charging when using the USB-A port?

Please ensure that the middle USB-C port is not in use in order to achieve full 18W for the USB-A port.
